Halloween Themed Race

I am organizing an in-clan
Halloween Themed Race!
It will be 3 GPs on Saturday,November 1st at 8pm GMT,9pm BST and 4pm EDT.
Here's the confusing part:The UK changes their clocks back before the US,so ET is 4 hours behind UK time,not 5.
I will host the race.
Characters you can choose:
Dry Bowser,Dry Bones,Bowser,Bowser Jr,King Boo,Mii(Favorite color must be black or orange).
Tracks:
GP1:First race SNES Ghost Valley 2,2nd race Maple Treeway,3rd and 4th race random.
GP2:First race GBA Bowser Castle 3,2nd race Bowser's Castle,3rd and 4th race random.
GP3:First race N64 Bowser Castle,last 3 races custom voting or random,if you vote,then no repeats.
I hope everyone can remember all that...xD
I'll be hosting,but if 13 or more people show up,I'll split it into 2 rooms.Thaier would host the other room.If everyone who can come could post,that would be great so I would know if I'll need to ask Thaier to host.
