In the last video, it shows a shortcut where you take a right through a store, in coconut mall, and then you do a trick off the bump once you leave the store. If you want this to be more effective, turn slightly to the right once you leave the store and you will see that there is a pathway that skips the escalators. It is normal race terrain unlike the store terrain, and is quite faster than the shortcut the video shows.
